← Back to Provider Application
Effective: October 2026
These terms apply to businesses applying for or using a paid GulfBot service provider membership. They supplement GulfBot's general Terms and Privacy Policy.
At launch, approved UAE providers are offered a 12-month membership for AED 500 and approved Qatar providers a 12-month membership for QAR 500. Membership starts on confirmed activation after payment.
GulfBot may review business information and request reasonable evidence of business registration, licensing, authority to represent the business, or service capability. Payment alone does not create a right to approval or a verification designation.
Membership provides access to GulfBot provider features and marketplace opportunities when available. GulfBot does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, leads, customers, contracts, sales, rankings, exclusivity or revenue.
Providers must keep information accurate, hold all licences/permissions required for the services they offer, communicate professionally, protect customer information, comply with applicable law, and avoid misleading claims. Providers are responsible for their own quotations, service delivery, taxes, licences and customer agreements.
The applicable membership fee and term must be shown before payment. Renewal is not automatic unless GulfBot expressly offers and the provider accepts an automatic-renewal arrangement. If an approved provider changes its mind before activation, it should contact GulfBot before paying.
After activation, membership fees are generally for access to the 12-month provider service and are not refundable merely because the provider receives fewer enquiries than expected. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that law applies. GulfBot may separately offer a written refund in exceptional circumstances.
GulfBot may suspend or remove providers for fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful services, serious customer complaints, misuse of customer data, platform abuse, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, GulfBot may request corrective action first.
Unless GulfBot expressly states otherwise for a particular transaction, the provider remains responsible for its direct commercial relationship with the customer, including scope, quotation, invoicing, service quality and regulatory compliance.
GulfBot may update provider features and these terms as the marketplace develops. Material changes affecting an active paid membership should be communicated reasonably.
Questions about provider membership can be sent through GulfBot's official contact channels or WhatsApp shown on gulfbot.app.
Note: This page is an operational starting template and should be reviewed by qualified legal/tax advisers for the jurisdictions in which GulfBot collects provider fees.
