If you wish to delete your Gulf Bot account and erase your personal data, please follow the simple steps below. We respect your privacy and process all data deletion requests promptly in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

Send an email to support@gulfbot.app or support@startexglobal.com.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Gulf Bot.
Include the email address or phone number registered with your Gulf Bot account in the body of the message.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account deletion request is processed, the following personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days:

Account credentials (email, hashed passwords)
Profile details (full name, phone number, company preferences)
Saved business setup requests and support ticket history

Data Retention Policy

Certain regulatory, legal, or financial records (such as completed billing invoices or official business incorporation filings required by regional authorities) may be retained in archived records for mandatory legal compliance periods before permanent deletion.
